The St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce & Industry (COCI) on March 20th, 2015 launched a Complaints and Suggestions box in the presence of Board of Directors President, Peggy Ann Brandon, management and staff.
Through this latest initiative, the Chamber provides the opportunity to the public and its staff to file complaints and suggestions in any form. To ensure proper handling of the complaints and suggestions filed, the Chamber adopted a new policy and procedure. The policy and procedure can be viewed online through the Chamber of Commerce website www.chamberofcommerce.sx and face book page https://www.facebook.com/sxmcoci or be viewed in person at the Chamber. The Chamber is also in the process of developing an online format for filing of complaints and suggestions.
