Community Outreach Mentoring and Empowerment International (C.O.M.E.) Center, in collaboration with the St. Maarten Development Fund, will begin the third year of its Acquiring Basic Competency Literacy Program on February 3rd, 2015. ABC Literacy program is aimed at persons in the community who would like to improve their literacy skills; reading, writing, comprehension and communication.
The program is designed for individuals 18 years and older, and will consist of individual and small group sessions.
