The Police Department is informing the general public, that recently they have been experiencing major problems with the 911 emergency lines. Contact was been made with the telephone company who have been working very hard but at present has not yet located the problem. Nevertheless the telephone company will continue working on this situation to have these lines repaired and functional as soon as possible. In the meanwhile in case of emergency the public can use the telephone number 54-25479. The police can also be reached at the regular telephone number which 54-22222.
The Police Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
