The Ministry of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport & Telecommunications (Ministry TEATT) announces that the price of diesel will drop on Tuesday, December 9th.
As of Tuesday, December 9 diesel will drop from Naf.1.893 per liter to Naf.1.781 per liter.
This is in connection with the ongoing developments with the international crude oil market which has seen a reduction in the price for a barrel of oil.
Diesel that was Naf.2.006 per liter last week before it went down on December 5th to Naf.1.893 per liter.
The Government of Sint Maarten regulates the prices of petroleum products by imposing a maximum price at which wholesalers and retailers can sell these products in the country.
