Last week former commissioner of Finance Xavier Blackman presented the Philipsburg Jubilee library with a copy of the book : “An inside look “, authored by Mr. Blackman’s uncle Mr. Raphael Sorton. The book is an autobiographical tale of a little boy who grew up on Saba, left his homeland to study abroad and ended up as a Minister Plenipotentiary in the Hague.
