Wireless Television Network Cable, hereby informs its subscribers and the general public that effective Thursday, October 30th, 2014 WTN Cable will be going over to its new accounting system, which will go into effect as at Friday, October 31st, 2014.
The new system is an improvement to the existing accounting system and will enhance the overall service of WTN Cable.
It simplifies and accelerates the process for new cable service applications and for existing subscribers to pay their monthly cable bills and other services.
During the initial stages customers may experience some delays at our counters. However, we are certain that this will not be a prolonged process. During this time we ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to improve our service to our customers.
Our cable service around the island, which had been affected by the passing of Hurricane Gonzalo, is in the final stage of completion as the service to our subscribers in most districts have been re-instated. Subscribers who are still experiencing interruptions in their cable service can call us at telephone number 542-5898 or visit our office at the Obersi Building on Sparrow Road at Harbor View.
