On Thursday September 25th at approximately 07.50 a.m. two police patrols were sent to the Board walk to investigate a case where two men busy skimming monies from the ATM machines. Arriving on the scene the investigating officers spoke to a security employee of the bank informing them what he had seen. He also explained that the suspects had fled the scene and which they direction they took. A description of the suspects was also given. During a search of the area the officers encountered the two suspects who were walking hastily on Front Street. These two men were arrested on the spot. The security officers confirmed that these suspects were the same two men that busy skimming from the machines. Both suspects with initials N.D. (48) and A.Y. (35) from Bulgaria were taken to the Philipsburg Police Station for questioning by the Fraud Department.
