As already known, on May 20, 2014 two persons were arrested by the Land Investigation and then taken into custody. These suspects G.F.S. (39) and C.R.D. (36). The suspicions against G.F.S. and C.R.D. include the (co-) commit forgery (committed several times) and money laundering.
The bankruptcy judge on 25 May 2014, the decision was taken that the continued detention of suspected GFS was not unlawful.
This week will be whether there against GFS by the District Attorney (DA) a claim custody (up to 8 days) will be submitted to further extend. remand
