Public invited to good governance lecture on Tuesday evening

The public is invited to a free lecture on good governance given by Professor Dr. G.H. Addink on Tuesday evening.

The lecture theme is, "Principles of Good Governance in a Modern State."

 

The lecture has been organized by the Ministry of General Affairs, Department of Interior and Kingdom Relations (BAK) in collaboration with the University of St. Martin (USM).

On Tuesday, March 25 the lecture will take place from 7.00pm to 8.30pm and will be held at USM.

Professor Addink work with the Institute of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands.

Dr. Addink has worked with the Dutch Ministry of Environmental Affairs, the Netherlands Court of Audit, and was a visiting professor at Oxford University, University of Costa Rica and at University Airlangga Surbaja. He has also given masters and post-graduate courses at universities in the Netherlands, Central America, Africa and Asia.

Professor Addink has also written a number of law papers and published several books.
