The Director of the Immigration and Border Protection Service (IBP) would like to inform the public that as Monday 17th March 2014 the new residence permit fees will go into effect.
The National Ordinance of 30th January 2014, amending the National Ordinance on Admission and Expulsion and the Fee Ordinance (AB 2014, no.23) is available for download on the Government’s website.
All new applications for residence permits and other related products will be subject to the fees mentioned in the ordinance.
The brochure ‘Guide to Payment’ listing the new fees as well as the payment procedure is available for download on www.sintmaartengov.org and can also be picked up at the Admittance and Residency Office on the A. Th. Illidge road.
