On Sunday November 3rd at approximately 10.00 a.m. a police patrol was sent to Poinsetta road in Betty Estate, to investigate a case of an unknown man lying on the street and not showing any sign of life. On the scene the patrol checked the victim who had no pulse. The paramedics arrived on the scene and continued to medically examine 59 year old the victim from Dominica with initials D.O.C.T. Dr. Mercuur arrived on the scene and after examining the victim stated that he had died from a hart attack. The victim was then transported to the morgue.
