The Honorable Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Affairs Patricia Lourens – Philip congratulated the St. Maarten Soccer Educational Foundation (SMSEF) at a recent 20th anniversary celebration.
Different school teams received monetary awards from Naf.250 to Naf.1000.
The Minister also congratulated parents of the children, the teams and the children who participated.
