St. Martin Pony League players doing good in France, Hawaii and in the U.S.A

The St. Martin Pony League is proud to inform public that our players, Luis De La Rosa that is residing in France and playing for the Toulouse Tigers Baseball Team is doing well. Besides playing Center field position for the Toulouse Tigers Baseball Team. Luis has recently completed a course in artist painting and is now making paintings as a Hobby .  

In other French Baseball News the Manager of the French National selection team has requested from the St. Martin Pony League to submit names of players with from fifteen and older with French Nationality for the various National Selection Teams. At present he is very interested in those players 21U and players for the adult selection team. The players that has now been selected and with French Nationality are among others Rene Leverett, Felix Brown, Omar Williams, Feliz Antonio, David van Heyningen, Luis de la Rosa, Jonathan Ministrie, Diego Ministrie, Lenrick Pinto, Edwardo Carty and Brenedy Tejada. Training for these selected players will begin in early October, 2013. While early next year the team will be meeting other players from the various French Teams in order to form a French National Selection Team that will take part in a Tournament in Florida. This Tournament will be held early 2014 .

With regards to the player Felix Brown he has just played his thirtieth game with the Hawaii Stars from the Pacific Professional Baseball League. On July 14, 2013 "Bastille Day" he played his best game so far wherein he went three for three , stole two bases, batted in two runs and a sacrifice fly for a game Winner. It seem that this was a "Bastille Day" Present for the team.

As for the college players both Lendrick Pinto and Feliz Antonio are still in the John Woodley College in Chicago Illinois and they both are doing fine. Presently they are both on vacation and will be returning back to college for the new school year 2013/2014.

The League is now presently seeking opportunity for the players 12U of the French National Baseball Selection.
