The Mid Isle Rotary Club has experienced a steady growth in membership in the past 12 months, and there are at the moment over 1.22 million Rotarians in over 200 countries in the world. Rotary is the first service club organization which was founded by Paul Harris in Chicago in 1905. Rotarians are business and professional leaders dedicated to making a difference in communities around the world through the credo "Service Above Self." Members are volunteers who work on both local and international projects to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace and eradicate polio. Both Jeffrey and Raymond have rendered service to their community in the past, and now stand ready to extend their service through Rotary.
