In 2011 a group of (24) participants started the NA-CSI’s Post HBO course Educational management, (20) of them received their diploma in December 2012 and (4) participants had a re-sit.
These (4) participants did the re-sit for the final paper and received their diploma June 10th. We can boast of a success rate of all 24 participants who completed the course and received their Post HBO diploma Educational management.
The course was organized by the Division for Educational Innovation (D.E.R.P.I.) and funded by USONA.
The intense sessions for the course were held on a monthly basis, most on two weekdays in a row. Content of the four modules of the course were: Organization, Human resources, Leadership and Administration. Colleague consultation was an important part of the process of working and growing together. The final assignment was an integration of the four modules.
On June 11th the 2nd training will start again with 24 participants.
