Prime Minister Surprises International Women’s Day Honorees

Caption: The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams surprised four women she honored at her International Women’s Day Celebration on the 8th of March at Sheer Restaurant. The women were unable to attend due to professional and personal obligations and the Prime Minister decided to take the time out of her busy schedule to surprise them with a token of her appreciation at their workplaces. "These women, teachers, businesswomen, public servants; are all role models to women on this island and I daresay some men as well. You have stood out because of your contribution to society and I thought it only fitting to come to your workplace and surprise you here today," commented the Prime Minister.
