The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams joined the staff and management of the St. Maarten Medical Center in a joyous thanksgiving ceremony celebrating twenty-two years of the dedicated staff of the ST. Maarten Medical Center providing healthcare to the community of St. Maarten. During her comments at the event the Prime Minister stressed the strides made by SMMC for more than two decades: "I must commend and show my appreciation regarding the dedication of the SMMC staff and the quality care given to the people of St. Maarten over the years. I also commend you all for taking the time out on this 22nd anniversary to stand still and take stock; stock of where we are, from where we came and where we want to be, all while giving thanks to the Almighty," stated the Prime Minister.
