Two CCMs of Parliament scheduled for March 20 & 21 about Marine Industry & Monument Council

The Central Committee of Parliament will meet on March 20 and 21 about the Marine Industry and the Monument Council.

The central committee will meet on Wednesday, March 20 at 2.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The agenda point is related to the survival and growth of the marine industry in Sint Maarten. This meeting was requested by M.F. Ferrier on behalf of the Sint Maarten Marine Trades Association (SMMTA).

The central committee will meet on Thursday, March 21 at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber.

The agenda point for this meeting is the proposal to name the Chair persons and member of the Monument Council. Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Hon. Silveria Jacobs will be present for the session.

The parliamentary sessions will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet, and also via
