Mets /Telem, after trailing 6-0 in the fifth inning, came from behind to defeat the Tigers with a score of 13 – 12. In this game the former Cul de Sac Padres pitcher of the Pony League, Bryan Gonzales, who dominated The Diamondbacks in an earlier game, demonstrated once again that he is the pitcher to reckoned with in St. Maarten Double A Baseball. Bryan striked out many Tigers batters and in a very crucial moment of the game striked out veteran batter Ruben Daniel and Simon Panthophlet to assure the victory for the defending champs Mets/Telem.
