The St. Maarten Little League Association hosted a rules and regulations seminar on February 24th and 25th at the Little League Stadium.
Mr. Jose Berrios and Mr. Rolando Soya from Regional Headquarters in Puerto Rico were the facilitators of the seminar.
Little League rules and regulations were presented by Mr. Berrios. There were many questions resulting in extensive discussions.
Field mechanics were demonstrated by Chief Umpire Soya and performed by participants. During the simulation match that took place, the combined learning experience by Coaches, Umpires and Scorers was executed.
There were a total of 16 participants consisting of Coaches, Umpires and Scorers that attended the sessions which were organized in preparation for the upcoming 2012 competition.
