Rafael Richardson pitched an excellent game. He faced a total of 16 batters in 5 innings and only allowed 2 batters to reach base. 1 by a hit to center field and the other by a fielder’s choice. The other players of the Vocational school also played very well by making fantastic catches and force outs to make consecutive outs. They were able to score runs accordingly: 3 – 1st, 3-2nd, 2-3rd, 2-4th for a total of 10 runs. The 10 run mercy rule was implemented to end the game at 10 -0.
