The 2011 Primary & Secondary Schools Basketball Tournament will get on its way on Friday, 30th September 2011 starting at 3pm at the L. B. Scott Sports Auditorium.

Ruby Labega is the Defending Champions and Seventh Day Adventist is the Sub Champions in the Primary Schools
SXM Academy is the Defending Champions and USM is the SUB Champions in the Secondary Schools
Minister of Sports the honorable Dr. Rhoda Arrindell will participate in the opening ceremony and also declare the tournament open
The DJ for the opening will be Timothy "DJ Bean" Colli.
STUDENTS, FAMILY, SUPPORTERS AND FRIENDS OF THE PLAYERS/STUDENTS FROM THE VARIOUS SCHOOLS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THESE GAMES AND CHEER ON THE YOUTHS OF ST.MAARTEN AS THEY GET THEMSELVES INVOLVED IN POSITIVE ACTIVITIES

A new addition will be a group of young Photographers who will cover the entire 2011 School Basketball Tournament and ensure that the results, schedule and the pics are posted on their Facebook page "SXM Teenz in Action".
The School Basketball All Stars Week-End will take place at the end of October
