In preparation for the start of the Softball League the St. Maarten Little League Softball is holding clinics on Little League softball rules and pitching clinics.
The sessions will be conducted by officials from Puerto Rico.
Persons interested in coaching and umpiring little league softball are invited to attend the clinics on upcoming Saturday April 9th starting at 8:00am at the Little League Stadium.
Girls registered to play softball are especially invited to attend the pitching clinics starting at 9:30 am. Registration is still open for girls still wanting to sign up to play softball.
The Little League Softball competition is expected to kick off on May 7th and is being sponsored by Heavenly Water NV.
