The House of Parliament will sit in an Urgent Plenary Public session on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.
The public meeting which commenced on May 29, 2019
was adjourned on May 29 with a postponement on July 31 will be reconvened on Wednesday, at 15.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Minister of Justice will be present.
The agenda points are:
1. The management structure of the detention facilities on St. Maarten
2. The status and significance of Progress Committee reports recommendations (IS/1059/2018-2019 dated May 24, 2019)
