On Sunday, August 27th , a fire was reported in a company/ home at the Pereweg on Sint Eustatius. The fire probably started between 04:00 and 04:30 AM in a trash can outside after which the fire spread out through the air-conditioning unit to the rear room where the residents slept. They did not get hurt. The following goods were burned by the fire: two laptops, a fax machine, a printer and 17 packs of kitchen paper. The case is being investigated.
