Hereby would like to inform the public of the following:
The Courthouse will be closed on Monday, August 24th, 2015 and will resume its regular working hours on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015 weather permitting, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm
The sessions for Administrative cases and Bankruptcy cases which were scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2015, will now be handled on Tuesday, September 1st, 2015. The schedule time will remain the same.
The session for Administrative cases in appeal which were scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2015, will now be handled on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015. The schedule time will remain the same.
The hearings in criminal cases which were scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2015 will now be handled on Tuesday, August 25th, 2015.
The court session in Sint Eustatius which were scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2015, will now be handled on Tuesday, September 1st, 2015. The schedule time will remain the same.
