Commissioner of Tourism Frans Richardson hosted a meet and greet orientation session with Montreal based reporter / producer Melanie Reffes.
The reporter interviewed the Commissioner briefly on various tourism related interests. Reffes is a long time contributer to many island magazine publications that are geared towards the St. Maarten Tourist product.
