N.V. GEBE Senior Citizen Relief 62 + program that was implemented in 2014 will be
re-introduced in 2015. The senior relief program was developed last year to assist the seniors within our community. The program was well-received last year and NV GEBE is looking forward to contributing to the seniors again this year. The deadline to apply for this relief is May 1st, 2015. Applications forms and the required criteria documentation can be collected at NV GEBE Main Office.
CFO of the Managing Board, Mr. Rene Gartner stated in a press release that the 2014 pilot project was considered a success and the Managing Board of N.V. GEBE deemed it possible to continue with this program through the end of 2015.
To be eligible for the program you must be over the age of 62 and the electrical contract must be in the name of the applicant. All seniors who were in the program last year must reapply in order to participate in the relief program. The list of criteria plus the registration form can be picked up at NV GEBE Main office.
The President of the Managing Board of NV GEBE, Mr. Romelio Maduro concluded that the program will run for a period of six months starting from July 2015 – December 2015. The bills for those respective months will be issued from August 2015 to January 2016.
