The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams received a courtesy visit by Minister of State and Former Kingdom Council of State Representative Herman Tjeenk Willink; Mrs. Winnie Sorgdrager, Member of the Kingdom Council of State, former Minister of Justice and former Attorney General in the Netherlands; and Mrs. Mavis Brooks-Salmon vice-chair of the Council of Advise for St. Maarten. Mr. Willink and Mrs. Sorgdrager are on-island as part the Herman Tjeenk Willink Lecture 2014 
on the topic of Public Prosecutors Office and the promotion of integrity: political instrument or independent body, to be held at the University of St. Maarten on Wednesday evening. During their discussions Mr. Willink echoed the statement by King Willem Alexander regarding the strives St. Maarten has made since becoming its own country in 2010.
