On June 10, 2013, His Excellency the Governor of Sint Maarten, drs. E.B. Holiday, discussed the draft report of the current formation process, which he received Friday June 7th , with formateur Sarah Wescot-Williams. Based on the evaluation of the report by the Governor, the formateur requested an extension until Wednesday June 12th to finalize her report.
After completion of the formation report a date will be established for the appointment and swearing-in of the new cabinet.
