Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure (Ministry VROMI), is continuing with its road patching campaign this week that includes, milling, spraying and repairs to potholes.
Weather conditions such as rainfall do influence the works and can cause some delays. The majority of road repairs will be carried out during the night.
On Tuesday night, road patch crews were to carry out road repairs in Cole Bay and along the Union road.
On Wednesday, November 21 during the evening hours, road repairs will entail the Airport road towards Beacon Hill; Thursday, November 22, from Simpson Bay towards the Simpson Bay Bridge; and on Friday, November 23, road repairs work will be carried out during the day-time on the Ground dove road.
On Sunday night November 25, road work repairs will be carried out in the vicinity of Alegria Hotel in Beacon Hill; Monday, November 26 and Tuesday, November 27, Simpson Bay Bridge towards the Cole Bay round-a-bout.
Motorists are requested to be vigilant and observant as workmen and equipment will be carrying out the works during the evening hours.
