We have taken a conscious look at our investment in our employees. Training is one of our priorities, we are formally committed to making training and professional development a focus to enrich our work culture. We understand that investing in our employee’s professional development will contribute to high work performance, happier employees and measurable results. Our Customer Care Program has been well received by the community and we want to take all other aspects of NV GEBE to new levels of success.
The conference will feature regionally recognized speakers who will share their experiences and expertise on a range of topics which include: Change Management, Implementing HR Best Practices for Talent to Thrive, Delivering Excellence Through Collaboration while simultaneously offering both academic and organizations that can provide specialized services to enhance diverse organizations throughout the Caribbean.
Training Manager of CARILEC, Laurena Primus stated: St. Maarten is strategically located in the Northern Hub of the Caribbean which makes it unique and ideal to attract utility companies to attend informative trainings of this unique nature. We commend NV GEBE for their efforts and support, they have surpassed our expectations for the second time. We recognize that CARILEC is in St. Lucia but CARILEC is universal and Mr. Chittick has allowed us along with his MB to expand our dedicated services to educate the Caribbean communities and provide them with the knowledge and expertise from our speakers and facilitators.
