The House of Parliament’s permanent Committee for Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Affairs (CECYSA) that will be held on Friday morning is open to the public, and is no longer a closed door session.
The meeting will be with the Minister of Education, Culture, Youth & Sports Hon. Rita Bourne-Gumbs, and relevant department representatives, regarding the National Institute for Professional Advancement (NIPA).
The committee will meet at 10.00am on Friday, in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.
The agenda for the meeting is the challenges experienced by students at NIPA with courses, instructors, and accreditation programs as well as the lack of communication.
Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberation.
The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
