Finals to take place this Saturday 6 December
The second round of the Female High School Soccer Competition finished on Saturday 29 November with CIA/LU on top with a total of 21 points. Based on points achieved by each school during both rounds the combined team of CIA/LU came on top with MPC not too far behind with a total of 17 points. Sundial and St. Dominic managed to reach the finals as well to compete for the third and fourth place with only a one point difference in the advantage for Sundial. The MAC school who managed to draw three games wasn’t able to come out of the defeat of five games to obtain a spot in the finals.
The competition, which is organized by the Oualichi Women’s Soccer Association under the umbrella of the Sint Maarten Soccer Association, will continue its last set of games this Saturday 6 December. The games start at 9:00 am with St. Dominic and Sundial competing for the third and fourth place and followed by MPC and CIA/LU finishing with the last game of the season at 10:00 am. The morning will be closed with an awards ceremony.
