The Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland (RCN) starts with the tendering of cleaning services and window cleaning for approximately 80 buildings of the National Government. This is a contract for two years with the possibility up to six times of extension with one year. In order to give as many start-ups and small businesses as possible a chance, the buildings have been spread over eleven "lots". The tendering will be as simple as possible and the Chamber of Commerce will assist the entrepreneurs. The DC Tax Authority as well will provide entrepreneurs with assistance and has special contact persons to that end.
