The Rector Magnificus of the University of the Netherlands Antilles (UNA) Dr. Francis de Lanoy, was on the island and met with various government officials and signed the articulation agreement between the University of St. Martin and the University of the Netherlands Antilles on the Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting program. The Honorable Minister Silveria Jacobs served as witness to this signing.Ater the signing a press briefing was followed.
