The Methodist Agogic Centre (MAC) school board and volunteers are busy organizing an extravagant fundraising gala dinner to commemorate over 35 years of academic tradition as well as the launching of an Alumni Association; the likes of which the island has never experienced.
The fundraising gala to be held tentatively in March 2013 will include an array of entertainment and speeches by M.A.C. alumni, current and former staff and students celebrating the theme "Continuing the Legacy, Building a Dynasty." Funds raised will go to the construction of the M.A.C. High School; a project that will finally come to fruition after years of planning. Thereby continuing the strong academic legacy of the school into secondary education.
A commemorative book is also being developed and will be given to those attending the Gala Dinner and shall be made available to all others for purchase.
The business community and all M.A.C. alumni are urged to support this effort by contacting the school at 542-3490. This is a great opportunity to assists one of the island’s most popular and successful educational institutions.

The fundraising gala is expected to attract a large number of former students and staff members as the institution has been in existence on the island since 1976.
M.A.C. pride can be seen in its alumni at various levels within the private and public sectors. The school boasts having produced parliamentarians, government department heads, educators, pilots, bank managers, artists, police officers and many more.
