An 83 old male tourist with initials H.S. staying at the Royal Islander filed a report with the Detective Department stating that on January 27th at approximately 03.30 p.m. while entering his car which was parked in the vicinity of the Oranje School, he was suddenly surprised by an unknown youngster who pulled his 18 carat gold necklace valued at approximately U.S. $ 1000,- from his neck and ran away with it. The case is under investigation.
