The Winward Islands Bank Ltd recently gave a very generous donation to the Helping Hands Foundation.
The Donation will help the Foundation with the maintenance and upkeep of their vehicle for the year to take care of the elderly of St. Maarten. The Helping Hands Foundation is a non profit organization that aims at helping the elderly primarily through voluntary work.
Their daily tasks is picking up the Elderly from their home and take them to the Hospital for their Dialisys treatment , the Doctor and to theraphy clinic.
As our eldery are the most forgotten Citizens on our island this voluntary work is very much needed and HHF calls on other busineses to help support such and effort by the Helping Hands Foundation.
