The BTA Advisory Committee by authority of the Honorable Roland Duncan Minister of Justice hereby wishes to notify the BTA applicants of the following;
· Those that were approved will be contacted soon.
· Those who don’t qualify registered with a bogus company as employer will be notified and will be given 3 weeks time to rectify this, by coming in with the real employer and the required information, this is without penalty. However if these persons who are registered with a bogus employer do not come in and adhere to this strict notice, will be subject to prosecution and deportation.
