On Wednesday, SHTA held a welcome ceremony for all attendees of the SMART 2011. This is the 10th consecutive year that SMART is being held on St.Maarten.
SHTA’s executive project manager, Mr. Robert De Berg who has been one of the first organisers of the SMART event since 2001, was elited during the opening ceremony.
