The Honorable Consul Mr. Antony W. Owers and senior advisor Miss Anne Marie Pietersz-Powell of the British Consulate stationed in Curacao, on Tuesday March 15th held a meeting with the Chief Commissioner of Police Peter de Witte. This meeting was to discuss immigration and deportation matters with regard to the British Community and British visitors to the island. Another topic that was discussed was the possibility of appointing a Honorary British Consul on the island.
