PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – Minister of Public Infrastructure Theo Heyliger signed a contract with Windward Roads to begin a drainage and infrastructural development project in Dutch Quarter.
Minister Theo Heyliger was joined by Head of New Projects Kurt Ruan, Windward Roads representative, and Head of VROMI Louis Brown.
