Innovative Marketing Creations (IMC) and St. Eustatius telecommunications Company, EUTEL N.V, launched the "EUTEL Faces & Places campaign" in Statia last Wednesday. This is being done in an effort of involving EUTEL clients and the public of St. Eustatius in creating a EUTEL customer appreciation calendar for 2011.
"The Faces & Places of Statia" campaign is a photo competition consisting of two components that will allow the people of Statia to showcase their photographic talents, in taking a picture of a local "Place", or vote for their favorite "Faces" that will be featured in EUTEL’s 2011 calendar.
Firstly, residents of Statia will get the opportunity to submit their best photos of their favorite historic or culturally prominent "Places" in St. Eustatius. EUTEL will then choose the best of six photos to be featured in the 2011 calendar. The final six photos to complete the 12 month calendar will be chosen by the public via the EUTEL website.
Secondly, EUTEL has chosen 12 faces from their rebranding campaign photo shoot. The public can log-on to www.eutelnv.com and select their favorite photo. The six photos with the most votes will be featured in the Faces and Places of Statia Calendar.
IMC General Manager, Jacqueline Louis stated: "IMC has been working vigorously towards their commitment to rebranding EUTEL and creating awareness among the St. Eustatius community. This latest campaign will allow the people of Statia to participate and be part of something cultural and memorable for the people by the people."
EUTEL’s 2011 calendar will be handed out to all their clients during the month of January as a token of appreciation at the beginning of the New Year.

The Faces and Places of Statia Campaign will be open for duration of three and a half weeks, marking the closing of the campaign on October 22nd. Interested participants in the "Places" segment of the competition should visit the EUTEL store for their entry form. Participants are also required to email their final photos in raw format to info@eyemc.net or visit www.eutelnv.com before the end date.
