Man intentionally knock from motorcycle

On Sunday August 8th at approximately 01.00 p.m. police patrol and Police traffic Department were sent to to Oyster Pond road to investigate a traffic accident involving a small white car and a motorcycle.

On the scene the rider of the motorcycle with the initials D.M. stated to the investigating officers that while riding on his motorcycle in the direction of Oyster Bay in the vicinity of Lucian bar, he was overtaken by a small white car in which three men were driving. All of a sudden he noticed that he was intentionally forced from the road by this small white car. Not trusting the situation and suspecting that the occupants of that car to have bad intentions, he decided not to stop. The driver of the car the intentionally drove the car into the motorcycle causing him to loose control, falling in the concrete trench on the side of the road and then landing on his back on the street. The driver of the car noticing that there was other traffic approaching the scene took off at very high speed leaving him/the victim behind. The victim suffered numerous bruises over his body and complained of severe pain in his back, hips, arms and legs. The paramedics attended to the victim onn the scene and then transported him to the Sint Maarten Medical Center for further medical attention. The Detective Department is investigatingng this case.
