A farewell ceremony was held for the former Lt. Governor Mr.Franklyn Richards on his retirement from office and his position on August 4th 2010.
He will officially leave office on August 10th 2010.
All Island Council Members were present to bid farewell and good wishes to Mr.Richards & his family.
