Dr. Geert J.M. Corstens President of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands pay a courtesy visit to Lt. Gov. Mr. Franklin Richards and Com. Mrs. Sarah Wescot-Williams.
He was escorted by resident Judge Mr. Drs. R.W.J. van Veen.
During their visit to Com. Wescot they were joined by local attorney at Law Mr. Richard Gibson.
