Today, January 27, 2009, the judge of instruction has suspended the pre trial detention of Frank C, suspected of the possible murder and disappearance of his wife Leta, who has been missing since January 11, 2008. This decision was taken on request of the office of the public prosecutor.
Frank C. was arrested October 14, 2008, after an extensive investigation. This investigation has continued during his detention.
The Prosecutor is of the opinion that at this time there is insufficient evidence to take the case to trial.
Mr. C. remains a suspect in this investigation.
