GEBE commends employees for coordinating Carnival and other Community Activities
Four GEBE employees were recently singled out for a commendation by GEBEâ??s Managing Director William Brooks for their contributions to the companyâ??s community program.
Employees of GEBE throughout the companyâ??s long history have formed powerful partnerships for positive change with the community the company serves.
GEBE Carnival Survivors Troupe leader and designer Jasmine Philips was commended for 15-years that she has been involved with the companyâ??s Carnival activities.
Adolfredo Richardson and Recaldo Euson have worked together with Philips and as a team have been able to win a number of prizes for the 2008 Carnival Festivities. Prizes were won both for the Childrenâ??s and Grand Parades.
The prizes included, 1st Overall Prize for the Childrenâ??s Parade, 2nd Prize in the Floats for the Childrenâ??s Parade and 2nd Prize Grand Parade.
Cheryl Arnell was also commended by the companyâ??s management for her tireless work behind the scenes in organizing a number of innovative and successful GEBE events.
