Detectives are presently investigating a case of ill-treatment involving the male suspect identified with initials R.A.D. The incident took place on Wednesday February 13th at approximately 11.00 p.m. on Lime road in Sint Peters. According to the report a domestic dispute between the suspect and the mother of his child had taken place. This dispute got out of hand which led to the suspect inuring with victim with a machete to her left arm and leg. The suspect turned himself in to the Police head quarters where he was arrested and placed in custody for questioning. The machete used was also confiscated for further investigation.
